All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. Unless special arrangements are made before your order is placed.
All our orders ship discreetly in a brown box with no exterior text or images within two business days, but we aim to ship all orders placed before 12:00pm (EST), the same day.
Any order over $300 will require a signature upon delivery. We always do our best to have at least one of every item listed on the website in-stock. If you order a greater quantity than we currently have in-stock, we will notify you as soon as possible via email. Any items that are not available at the time of shipping will be back ordered. The back ordered items will be shipped separately as soon as they become available.
Shipping times may be extended due to high seasonal volume. If shipping is delayed for any reason we will contact you immediately.
We will ship orders to the USA and Canada Only. Please email us if you have any questions or would like a shipping quote for an additional country at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will not be held responsible for lost packages when shipping both domestically and internationally.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
If there is special handling charge or an alternate carrier/shipping method is required for an item, we will contact you to discuss the details prior to shipping your order.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
We are pleased to offer all customers a replacement on any defective product within 14 days of purchase. Additionally, any unopened product (Excluding Liquids) may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund excluding shipping costs. Returned items are subject to a restocking fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable. (See our conditions page for more info)
All returns require authorization prior to shipping. Please email us at email@example.com to obtain an RA#(Return Authorization). The RA# must be clearly written on the outside of the shipping box which contains the return. All returns must be sent with freight Prepaid. Any packages sent with shipping due or COD (Charge on Delivery) will be refused.
